"I only have one complaint about StorTropolis. Every year my rates increased more than 10% while they advertised my same storage unit for much less. I requested the lower rate and the only way to receive the lower rate was to completely move my stuff completely out and into the same size unit. I played the game and got my cost decreased, but it was quite a burden and took about 4 hours of my time to do it. The new unit pricing is comparable to other companies; however, the increase cost for existing customers is extremely unfair (as marked above). If StorTropolis changes this treatment of existing customers, I would recommend them to others. I guess I will know within the year."

Why I moved out.

So glad I made this choice!
I am extremely happy with my decision to rent a storage unit here. The facility is very clean. The manager is helpful. She took the time to answer any questions that I had. I reserved a unit online, and before we started any paperwork, Pam took me on a "tour" to go look at the unit and even showed me the next size larger so I could compare them.
There is the ability to bring your vehicle inside the loading/unloading bay. Several carts are also available to load your items on to minimize the numbers of trips you need to take. The elevator is nice and large to accommodate larger pieces of furniture.
I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs.
