Won’t let you vacate
I had an extremely negative experience when trying to move out of my unit. I sent the store an email letting them know my unit was vacant, door left off the lock and that I was vacating the space.
David, the store manager, replies and says that he won’t process the vacate unless I come down to the location and sign a form in person. They wouldn’t email me the form to sign.
No other location makes you do this or decides to put you through hurdles in order to making moving out difficult.
