BLACK MOLD IN UNIT
Do not use! Black mold in unit! Owner would not pay for all our furniture ruined. They ignore the rules in their own contract! Damage to every piece of furniture. Seth Kincaid owner would not reply to a single email! Ethan Gray manager has no authority!

The owner/manager Seth was very helpful with our move in. Even after hours, he was available to answer our questions. He went above and beyond to insure we had great service.
