I called to set up storage from Memphis for my daughter in college, I was told on the day of reservation I could do it online well that was a lie, I also was told as long as I had rental insurance I could use it another lie because I couldn’t do the reservation online in my name so my college student had to go to the facility to do the payment and pay extra for insurance because we was told the rental insurance had to be in her name and of course she’s in college and resides with me in the summer therefore she does not have any rental insurance in her name.

The hours and accessibility is the biggest negative.

I believe the gate hours should be extended to later periods at night (e.g 10pm/11pm). Also I believe the key pad locks should be extended to the carts usage as well instead of the physical key because on the weekends even though the gate opens at 6am, the office opens at 9am which means there are three hours where customers are expected to carry their own boxes and containers themselves while making several trips. It’s exhausting. Also charging $48 on Day 1 with 5 days left in the first month is a bit much.

Spacious unit, easy to get to the same, clean, and climate controlled. The unit and the building look brand new. Courteous staff who have been very helpful. Made the moving experience a pleasure.
