Clean and simple way to get a storage unit.
Great and quick experience.
I originally reserved a storage unit at another storage facility, but when I showed up in the day of move in the office was closed due to staffing issues. I know that happens but you have to be able to adapt. Public Storage had a completely online process so I was able to get my unit and access code and the keys we’re waiting at my unit when I arrived. Great service and adapting to the current work environment!
