Staff was not helpful whatsoever

I had a reservation with multiple emails, a confirmation code, the dates and the price with the first month free. When I get there, they say there is no reservation for me and they can move me in but it’ll be an additional $20 dollars and they couldn’t figure out how to put in my free month. I tried calling the Help number and got bumped to another associate who did not listen to me tell her I had a reservation. Unfortunately I had to move in anyways due to the fact that I was being moved out of my apartment that day. After two hours there and multiple trips to the office because of misinformation I finally got everything situated. While the employee actually in the office was kind and the first associate I spoke with on the phone was helpful, no one else even listened or cared to look at my reservation. I would not recommend this storage to anyone.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Midgard 's employees were quite helpful and courteous in helping me set up my account and in showing me my unit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, funny and professional people in charge.

I was in, out and on my way to my unit in no time. Everything was explained, even things I hadn't initially thought of. I walked out with a smile on my face and a hard copy of instructions.
